逆境苗期黄瓜叶片几个生理生化性状的配合力分析 被引量:8

摘要 6个黄瓜亲本按Griffing方法Ⅱ配为15个杂交组合,研究低温弱光逆境条件下苗期黄瓜叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、叶绿素(Chl)含量、可溶性糖含量、电导率诸性状的配合力变化 方差分析表明,组合(包括自交组合)间5个性状差异均达到显著水平 配合力分析表明,MDA含量的一般配合力(GCA)方差极显著,占总方差的87 8%,其遗传以加性效应为主;可溶性糖含量和电导率的GCA方差达到显著水平,分别占总方差的62 5%和66 2%,其遗传以加性效应为主;SOD活性和Chl含量的特殊配合力(SCA)方差和GCA方差均达到极显著水平,加性和非加性效应同等重要 综合各性状表现结果,自交系51。 According to Griffing Ⅱ, 15 crosses involving 6 parents were made to study the combining ability of the malondialdehyde (MDA) content, the activity of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), the chlorophyll (Chl) content, the content of soluble sugars and the electric conductivity. The analysis of variance showed that the difference of 5 characters of the crosses and the inbred lines was significant.The results of analysis of combining ability showed that the difference of the general combining ability (GCA) of the MDA content was highly significant, and the variance of the GCA accounted for 87.8% of the total variance; Its inheritance was mainly controlled by additive effect. The difference of the GCA of the soluble sugars and the electric conductivity was significant;The variance of the GCA of the soluble sugars accounted for 62.5% and the variance of the GCA of electric conductivity accounted for 66.2%; Its inheritance was mainly controlled by additive effect. The variance of the SCA and the GCA of both the activity of the SOD and the chl content was highly significant,and its inheritance was equally controlled by both additive and non-additive effect. Summarizing the performance results of the five characters,the inbred lines(51,69)were better.
