摘要
笔者在 1985年组织学校体育整体改革课题组 ,以提高学生的健身知识、意识、能力和体质为目标的实验 ,根据 15年实验的体验 ,来试论增强人民体质的手段、原则和对策 ,和同仁们一起探讨 ,以推进全民健身科学化 ,增强人民体质 ,提高人才素质和国力。手段为优生、营养、卫生、身体锻炼、作息制度、自然力应用与心理调控 ;原则为全面性原则 ,差异性原则 ,适量性原则 ,自觉性原则和终身性原则 ;对策为国家的建设要立足于以提高人民生命质量为本 ,建立体质测量和评价追踪制度 ,建立群众健身指导站 ,从提高生命质量的方向改革体育课程与高师体育院系。
The Constitistion meams body's quality. The paper discussed fhe mdthods, the principles and the contermeasures of building up the people's bealth based on the writer's is years experiences in the field of the school physical education erforming. From 1985 The methods include the euganics, The nutrition, the hgicric, health ,the work and rest schedul and the mental hygiene, The principies include the comperhensive principle, The consciousness principle and The whole life principle; The Countermeasures mainly measm forming the constitution test and track or evaluate system, setting up the mass health imstructing club and refotminyng the school physical education.
