摘要
农业合作对扩大农场经营规模 ,降低生产成本 ,提升竞争力 ,扮演着很重要的角色。农业合作社场在经营上遇的困难有 :合作精神与合作原则不易发挥 ;农业合作获得农政单位的支持相当有限 ;农业合作组织体不健全 ;高级农业合作人才及其专业研究相当不足以及农业合作社场与基层“农会”间缺乏互动等 ,使农业合作不能健全发展起来。针对存在困难 ,其未来的发展策略应强调 :加强合作教育宣导 ;健全农业合作组织功能 ;加强农业合作组织与“农会”的联系与协调 ;建立农业合作组织的基本数据库 ,以利经营绩效评估以及加强政府在农业合作组织所应扮演的角色功能等 。
Agricultural Cooperatives consist of people who engage in crop planting,forestry,fishery and livestock raising.The type of cooperatives can be divided into two categories,mainly,specialized cooperatives such as production cooperative,marketing cooperatives,and comprehensive cooperatives such as cooperative farms.The problems of the agricultural cooperatives in Taiwan are: (1)lack of the spirit and principles for the cooperatives,(2)limited support by the agricultural authorities,(3)unsound organization of the cooperatives,(4)shortage of the high quality personnel, (5)insufficiency of mutual support between farmers' associations and agricultural cooperatives. In order to overcome these problems and ensure the future prospects of agricultural cooperatives,the followings should be strengthened: (1) strengthening the education of cooperatives, (2) improving the organizational function of agricultural cooperatives, (3) well coordination between farmers' association and agricultural cooperatives, (4) establishing a modernized data base for agricultural cooperatives, (5) strengthening the effective role of government for guiding the agricultural cooperatives.only then,could the agricultural cooperatives be developed smoothly.
