摘要
以热固性丙烯酸酯树脂为基体,选用表面经特殊处理的铜粉制备了铜粉导电胶粘剂,研究了含有不同目数、不同含量的铜粉导电胶电性能及力学性能。结果表明:制得的导电胶体积电阻率为10-1Ω.cm,400~1000目铜粉导电胶"渗滤阈值"在46%~56%之间,铜粉导电胶T型剥离强度下降,而剪切强度上升。
In the paper,a copper powder conductive acrylate press-sensitive adhesive was preˉpared.The effects of fineness and content of copper powder in matrix resin on conductivity and shear strength and peel strength are studied.The results show that the'infiltration threshold value'of the conductive adhensive is between46%~56%for400~1000mesh copper powder,shear strength rises with copper powder up,peel strength contrary to it.the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive is10 -1 Ω.cm.
