摘要
采用微波诱导氧化工艺(MIOP)技术,以自制改性凹凸棒石粘土为催化剂,对雅格素蓝BF BR150%染料模拟废水进行了有效的处理。实验采用自制改性凹凸棒石粘土10g与50mL雅格素蓝BF BR150%水溶液(固液比为1∶5)混合,微波功率500W辐照处理5min。在此工艺下,废水中雅格素蓝BF BR150%的脱色率达到83. 12%。进一步研究表明,在微波辐射场中废水中的有机污染物在凹凸棒石表面通过吸附氧化协同作用而被降解。动力学研究表明,该氧化过程符合一级反应动力学规律,其表观反应动力学方程为: -lnC= 0. 1186t-4. 6356,r= 0. 9716,反应速率常数k=1. 186×10-1 min-1,半衰期t =5. 84min。
Argazol Blue BF-BR150% wastewater was treated by microwave induced oxidation process(MIOP), in which modified attapulgite was used as catalyst. The decolorization of 83.12% was obtained when the dye solution(50mL,300mg/L)was irradiated for 5mins by 500W microwave in the presence of modified Attapulgite. The experimental results showed that Argazol Blue BF-BR150% is degraded by microwave on the surface of catalyst. The research on kinetics suggested that the process of MIOP accords to first-order reaction,the equation is -lnC= 0.1186 t -4.6356, r =0.9716, k =1.186×10 -1 min -1 , t _ 1/2 =5.84min.
