摘要
筛分是盐化工生产中的一个重要工序,通过筛分实现产品分级,并保证产品质量,特别是在精制盐、粉碎盐生产过程中,通过筛分实现产品的多样化。文章试图通过对概率筛分的机理的分析,并根据概率筛的设计实践中所发现并解决的问题与同行交流,提高对概率筛的认识,对行业上设计、使用概率筛起到一定的参考作用。
Sieving is an important process in the chemical production of salt. People grade the products and guarantee the product quality through sieving,especially in the refined salt,and the crush salt production process to make the diversification of the products through sieving. This paper attempts to exchange with counterpart through the analysis of mechanism of the Probability sifting. By discussing the problem found and solved in the design and practice,we try to improve the understanding to the Probability sift,and give a certain reference for designing and using Probability sift in the trade.
