摘要 在电力系统中应用远程数字视频监控与图像识别技术有利于及时进行设备维护和故障排除。文章介绍了远程数字视频监控与图像识别技术及其应用现状,说明了一般的图像识别过程。采用图像识别技术可对设备信号灯、7段式数字、指针位置、开关位置和变压器油液面位置进行识别,文章介绍了具体识别过程。指出远程数字视频监控与图像识别技术在电力系统中具有广阔的应用前景。 The maintenance and trouble shooting of equipments in power system can be carried out in time by use of remote digital video monitoring and image recognition technology. The remote digital video monitoring and image recognition technology and its present application situation were presented, and the common image recognizing process was illustrated. By means of image recognition technology the signal lights of equipments, the seven segment numerals, pointer position, switch position and liquid surface position of transformer oil can be recognized. The authors described concrete process of recognition, pointed out the prospect of applying remote digital video monitoring and image recognition technology in power systems.
