摘要
试车台基线是航空发动机生产商或维修企业挑选性能理想的发动机在试车台上试车所得到的性能参数的趋势线。将维修后的发动机的试车数据曲线与相应参数的基线进行对比,就可得到该发动机维修后的性能状况。因此基线在试车结果分析中起着重要的作用。目前,工程师通常是利用Excel软件对试车数据进行处理来得到基线的,这种方法效率低,精度差,且容易出错。本文利用三次回归分析法建立了发动机试车台基线的数学模型,并对该数学模型所产生的误差进行估计,提出了基线库的建立方法。通过在发动机全寿命管理系统中的应用,证明了本文所述的模型的实用性。
A set of test-cell baseline is a kind of trend line of the condition parameter of an ideal performance engine tested on the test -cell. Comparing the test data of an engine tested on the test-cell with the baseline of the corresponding condition parameter can get the tested engine's condition. Therefore, the baseline plays an important role in analyzing the test data. However, engineers presently set up a baseline by dealing with the test data with Excel software, which always results in some mistakes, low efficiency and bad precision. Making use of regression analysis method, the mathematics model of the baseline of a test - cell was established. A mathematics formula of the fitting error of the model was presented. Moreover, how to build up the base of the baselines was also discussed. The mathematics model mentioned above was applied in an engine's Life - Cycle Management (LCM) software, which proved the practicability of the model.
