植酸酶在畜禽日粮中应用研究进展

摘要 植酸酶可以提高植物性饲料原料中磷的利用率,降低粪便中磷的排泄量。本文将通过对植酸酶在不同畜禽日粮中的应用现状和存在问题的概括和总结,探讨植酸酶应用关键技术和今后的发展方向。 Phytase can improve the phosphorus digestibility of plant stuffs and decrease the phosphorus excretion.The application and existent problem of phytase in different kinds of diets,the key technology of application and development in feed were summarized.
