摘要
对于普通实体底盘式转子得到了应力和应变的解析解;对于筋板式底盘的超高速转子,应用有限元法计算了变形和应力的分布及转子的固有频率和振型的数值解。
The stress distribution and the deformation of the common solid disc's rotators working on high-shear homogenizer were studied by the theorical analysis. The finite element method was used to study the stress anddeformation.The natural frequency and mode of that were also calculated.The results obtained provide a basis for optimizing the structural parameters of rotators of this kind.
