摘要
研究了铝酸酯偶联剂对纳米碳酸钙湿法表面改性的工艺过程,通过沉降速度表征确定了最佳改性条件,通过BET和吸油值等表面物化性能评价了纳米碳酸钙的改性效果,同时将粉体添加到有机硅密封胶中测定对流变性能的影响。实验结果表明:改性纳米碳酸钙粉体表面性质发生了明显的变化,比表面积增大,亲油性和在有机相中的分散性明显提高,增强了有机硅密封胶的流变性能。
The surface modification process of nano-sized CaCO_3 by aluminate coupling agent was investigated in this paper. The modified effects were evaluated by the surface properties such as measurement of the specific surface area, sedimentation speed and the oil absorbility of the system. The rheology were measured while nano-sized CaCO_3 had been added into organic silicon sealed glue. The experimental results showed that obvious changes happened to surface properties of modified nano-sized CaCO_3 powers. Hydrophilicity, viscosity of the system and oil solubility decreased sharply. Dispersion properties in organic phase increased greatly. The properties of rheology were also improved greatly.
