摘要
用0.5%蜗牛酶和0.5%纤维素酶的混合酶液酶解28℃下培养20-28小时的炭黑曲霉菌丝体,原生质体形成效为9.48×10 ̄5/ml原生质体再生率为0.26-0.82%。高能电子处理原生质体,筛选出了高产变异株,酶活提高了一倍。炭黑曲霉原生质体的红外吸收光谱显示了细胞内DNA分子的吸收特征,与孢子的红外吸收特征略有差异。
