摘要
采用两种不同方法制备掺Ni纳米TiO2 粉末 ,即以钛酸四正丁酯为原料 ,用溶胶─凝胶法制备 ,或以硫酸钛和碳酸铵为原料 ,用沉淀法制备 ,并对两种方法制备的样品进行了对比 .对不同煅烧温度和不同掺杂浓度所制备的样品进行了颜色分析 .利用TG_DTA、FTIR、SEM和PL光谱测试技术对样品进行了表征 ,结果表明制备条件不同对样品性能有较大影响 .
Ni(in mode)doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were prepared by a sol_gel method with(C 4H 9O) 4Ti as raw material and nickel nitrate as doping agent and by deposition method using titanium sulfate and ammonium carbonate as raw material and nickel nitrate,cobalt nitrate hexahydrate,chromic nitrate and ammonium metavanadate as doping agent.Properties of the samples were characterized by means of TG_DTA,FTIR,SEM and PL.The experimental results show that different conditions of preparation influent greatly on the characterization.
