摘要
山西发展对外直接投资的条件已经成熟。结合山西乃至全国产业结构调整的需要和全球新一轮产业结构调整的趋势,科学地确定山西对外直接投资产业选择的基准,准确地在不同目标市场投资不同的产业,一方面可以在获取先进技术的条件下促进山西产业结构的升级,另一方面可以向国外转移成熟及长线产业,优化山西产业结构。
With the conditions for Shanxi to make overseas direct investment getting matured,the province should scientifically define its criterion of selecting industries to be invested,in accordance with the needs of the readjustment of the industry structure of the province and even that of the country. By investing in different industries in different target market, we can take the advantage of the foreign advanced technology to upgrade our own industry structure on one hand; and, on the other hand, we can also transfer our matured and oversupplied industries abroad,thereby to further optimize Shanxi's industry structure.
