摘要
以全国31个地区为研究对象,通过建立规范的评价相对效率的DEA模型,对区域R＆D资源投入产出相对有效性状况进行定量分析.经过多次评价,区域R＆D资源投入产出相对有效性分为4种模式,同时给出了各非有效地区向有效生产前沿面调整的距离.并且基于相关数据的实证分析结果,提出了一些建议.
In this paper, setting up normal DEA model to evaluate relative efficiency, relative efficiency is analyzed according to 31 regional R&D resources. By multi-evaluation, relative efficiency is classified 4 kinds of modes, and adjusted difference is presented that is from non-effective region to effective production frontier. Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis, some advices are given.
