摘要
目的 探讨羟苯磺酸钙对大鼠糖尿病肾病的疗效及其机制。方法 诱导大鼠糖尿病后 ,随机分为糖尿病对照组及羟苯磺酸钙治疗组 ,2 4周后测定各组大鼠的血肌酐 (Scr)、肌酐清除率 (Ccr)、蛋白激酶C(PKC)、转化生长因子 (TGF β1)、Ⅳ型胶原 (typeⅣcollagen) ,用光镜、电镜观察肾脏组织。 结果 羟苯磺酸钙治疗组肾脏PKC、TGF β1、typeⅣcollagen的表达较糖尿病对照组明显下降 ,治疗组血肌酐水平也明显下降 ,Ccr与糖尿病对照组无明显差异。光镜、电镜显示病理改变糖尿病治疗组(D组 )肾组织的病理变化较糖尿病模型组 (组 )有明显改善。结论 羟苯磺酸钙可通过抑制PKC、TGF
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of calcium dobesilate on renal lesions in experimental type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats were randomly divided into control group(group C) and experimental group(group D)treated with calcium dobesitate. The serum creatinine (Scr)、protein kinase C (PKC)、creatinine clearance (Ccr)、transforming growth factor—beta1(TGF-β_1 )、type Ⅳcollagen were compared among the groups after 24 weeks. The renal tissue were observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results After 24 weeks, Scr、PKC、TGF-β_1 in group D were significantly lower than the group C, meanwhile, renal pathologic changes in group D improved. Ccr had no difference between group C and group D. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate can ameliorate renal lesions in diabetic rats through inhibition of PKC and TGF-β_1.
