摘要
随着微型和密间距片式电子元件的广泛应用,电子产品的制造商在贴装精度与速度方面对贴片机提出了更高的要求。因此,机器视觉系统在贴片机中被普遍采用。贴片机视觉系统主要实现两类功能:对PCB板的Mark识别,从而实现坐标转换;对贴片元件识别、检测、对中,从而实现元件的正确贴装。其组成可以分为硬件部分和软件部分。硬件部分的主要功能是获取高质量的图像;软件部分的主要功能是完成高精度高速度的算法。
With the extensive application of mini-size and mini-pin-distance sheety electronic components, requirements of higher-precision and faster-speed in the process of surface mount are urged by electronic product manufacturers. Thus, the machine vision system is commonly adopted in mounter. The two main functions of the vision system are to accomplish coordinates transformation by capturing PCB mark and accurate mount through recognizing, measuring and aligning electronic components. The vision system is comprised by two parts: the hardware part and the software part which function to get high-quality images and carry out high-accuracy and fast-speed computations respectively.
