视皮质内胆碱能纤维的增龄变化 被引量:1

摘要 取大白鼠30只,分3组用组织化学方法显示胆碱能纤维,结合体视学测量,研究胆碱能神经纤维在大白鼠视皮质内的分布和增龄变化。结果显示,皮质内胆碱能纤维呈不同板层分布,而且纤维密度随年龄增加呈低-高-低的动态变化趋势。出生后1~2周纤维密度很低,4~6个月密度最高,16~18个月再降低,提示胆碱能纤维在视皮质内的分布具有年龄相关性。 Distribution and age-related changes of cholinergic fibers of optic cortex were investgated with AchE histochemical technique and stereological procedure in rat. The different laminae distribution patterns and construction of cholinergic fibers were found in the optic cortex, and the same changed procedure(decrease-increase-decreas) of the densities of AchE-positive fibers with age also was found in the investigated regions. The densities of AchE-positive fibers increase during 6 and 8 months and decrease after 16 and 18 months. The above finding suggests that there are age-related distinctive cholinergic fibers distribution and densities changes in the optic cortex of rat.
