微藻培养生产多不饱和脂肪酸的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 多不饱和脂肪酸 (PUFA)中的二十碳五烯酸 (EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA)在营养和医学领域有着重要的作用 ,但传统从鱼油中提取的工艺复杂 ,导致价格昂贵。针对这种情况 ,介绍了利用微藻培养开发EPA和DHA的途径 ,包括开发过程中的影响因素 。 The DHA and EPA in PUFA play an important role in nutrition and medicine.However,the tradiˉtional way of abstracting it from fish oil is technologically complicated,resulting in high prices.In terms of this situation,this paper introduces the way of cultivating micro_alga to develop EPA AND DHA including the influential factors in the process of development,cultivating methods,and the technology of purification and reˉfinement of EPA AND DHA.
