摘要
综述了BaO Ln2O3 TiO2系微波介质陶瓷材料的发展和研究现状,对目前研究较多的BaO Nd2O3 TiO2系、BaO Sm2O3 TiO2系和BaO La2O3 TiO2系进行了详细的介绍,并归纳了有待解决的主要问题,提出了解决途径以及对预期结果的展望,认为加强对陶瓷结构的理论补充,进一步提高介电常数,降低烧结温度,改进制备工艺等是今后研究工作的重点。
The development of microwave dielectric ceramics of BaO-Ln_2O_3-TiO_2 is reviewed.Some main systems ceramics such as BaO-Sm_2O_3-TiO_2 system,BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2 system and BaO-La_2O_3-TiO_2 system are described in detail.Problems to be solved in the research are discussed.The methods to improve its properties and development trends of the microwave ceramics are indicated.It is pointed out that improving dielectric constant,decreasing sintering temperature,strengthening the theory of the ceramic structure and improving composite coating in further study will be the focus of future research.
