局部血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素-1在高血压性心肌肥厚的作用 被引量:16

摘要 肾素 血管紧张素系统(RAS)是机体内重要的内分泌系统之一,对机体血压和体液平衡起重要调节作用。近年来的研究表明,局部血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)与内皮素 1(endothelin 1,ET 1)和高血压性心肌肥厚有关。在高血压性心肌肥厚动物模型与高血压性心肌肥厚患者都发现了局部AngⅡ与ET 1激活的证据,局部AngⅡ与ET 1激活后通过多种机制影响高血压性心肌肥厚的形成与特征,从而影响高血压性心肌肥厚的发生和维持,采取不同措施干预AngⅡ与ET 1已取得了有益作用,本文将对上述内容做一综述。 Renin-angiotensin system(RAS)is one of the important neuroendocrine system of body and plays an important role in the regulation of blood pressure and equilibration of body fluid.Recent studies indicate that local angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)and endothelin-1(ET-1)are related to hypertensively myocardial hypertrophy.Evidences of the activation of local AngⅡ and ET-1 were detected in animal model of hypertensively myocardial hypertrophy and patients with hypertensively myocardial hypertrophy.After being activated,local AngⅡ and ET-1 can affect the occurrence and characteristics of hypertensively myocardial hypertrophy through multiple mechanisms,thus affect the initiation and perpetuation of hypertensively myocardial hypertrophy.Beneficial effects have been achieved by different measure of intervention for local AngⅡ and ET-1.This review focuses on the issues mentioned above.
