摘要
计算机模拟技术作为港口规划设计的辅助手段,已被国外一些咨询公司与规划设计部门所采用。在我国一些大型码头投标项目中,也将计算机模拟作为投标者投标的内容之一。阐述其应用步骤,并给出实例。
As a supplementary tool for port planning and design, computer simulation technology has been used by some foreign consulting companies and planning & design departments. Computer simulation is also a part of bidding for large port projects in China. This paper introduces the application procedure and gives an example.
