摘要
采用生物法净化石化企业污水处理场曝气池逸散恶臭废气,在处理气流量为0.6-1.8m3/h,空速为40-357h-1,生物填料床层温度为15-40℃,床层pH为4-7,入口废气H2S质量浓度为0-83.9mg/m3,有机硫化物质量浓度为0-38.3mg/m3,苯系物质量浓度为0-285.3mg/m3的条件下,恶臭废气中H2S、有机硫化物、苯系物的去除率大于97.2%,87.2%,93.7%;对H2S、有机硫化物、苯系物污染物总净化能力可达126.2g/(m3·h)。该生物填料塔有很强的抗负荷冲击性,稳定运行期间,在污染物浓度波动108倍的情况下,污染物的去除率仍能保持在99.3%以上。
Side-stream biodegradation of odour gas escaping from wastewater treatment unit in refinery was tested. The waste gas contained hydrogen sulfide 0 - 83. 9mg/m3 , organic sulfides 0 -38. 3mg/m3 and BTX 0 - 285. 3mg/m3, the removal rates of the above pollutants were 97.2%, 87. 2 % and 93. 7% respectively with a treat capacity of all pollutants reached 126. 2g/(m3· h) at a waste gas flow rate of 0. 6 - 1. 8m3/h, a space velocity of 40 -357h-1, a bio-packing bed temperature of 15 -40℃ and bed pH 4 - 7. The bio-packing could strongly resist the load attack, so the removal rate of the pollutants still maintained more than 99. 3% in the stable running period at the pollutant concentration fluctuating even 108 times higher.
