摘要
用晶体培养方法研究硒与光照射诱发的晶体脂质过氧化作用的关系。结果表明经光照射24~45h后晶体丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。培养液中含适宜硒浓度(1.15μmol/L)可使光照射晶体的丙二醛含量减少,并在一定硒浓度范围内经光照射晶体的丙二醛含量与培养液中硒浓度呈负的剂量反应关系。两组在不同硒浓度培养液中培养的晶体经光照射后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性无明显差别。推测硒能抑制光照射诱发的晶体脂质过氧化作用,硒对晶体的保护可能是通过谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶以外的其它途径。
The relationship of selenium in culture medium and the lipid peroxidation of lens induced by light exposure was studied. The results showed that malonyl-dialdehyde (MDA) content in lens were increased significantly while lens were exposed to light for 24~45 hours. Adequate selenium content in medium (1.15μmol/L)reduced the production of MDA in lens exposed to light. Within a certain range of selenium content in medium, there was a negative dose-response relationship between selenium content in medium and MDA produced in lens.The activities of SOD and GSH-Px of lens were not changed during these processes.The results suggest that lipid peroxidation of lens induced by exposure to light can be prohibited by adequate selenium concentration in the medium and the protection of selenium on lens against peroxidation induced by radiation may be from sources other than the activity of GSH-Px.
