介绍了四方金矿依据现场的实际情况进行富氧浸出工艺的试验研究工作。当氰化钠浓度控制在0.026%~0.028%时,与常规浸出相比可节省浸吸时间8.8h,缩短25%;若把氰化钠耗量降低50%,氰化钠浓度控制在0.013%~0.014%时,浸吸35.2h仍可保证尾渣0.10g/t,尾液0.020g/m3的指标。
Test investigation of rich-oxygen leaching was made in accordance with the reality in Sifang Gold Mine, When the sodium cyanide concentration was controlled at 0.026%~ 0.028%, the leaching and adsorption time could be shortened by 8.6 h, a 25% saving compared with that of conventional leaching. At a 50% reduction in sodium cyanide consumption and 0.013%~ 0.014% controlled sodium cyanide concentration, a 34.4 h leaching and adsorption could still ensure a 0.10 g/t tailings slag and a 0.020 g/m 3 barren solution.
