高糖对心肌细胞转化生长因子β_1分泌的影响及缬沙坦的干预作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察高糖对心肌细胞分泌心肌组织转化生长因子 (TGF -β1 )的影响和缬沙坦的干预作用。方法 在乳鼠心肌细胞培养液中加入高糖和不同浓度缬沙坦,用ELISA法检测培养液中TGF -β1 的含量。结果 高糖刺激TGF-β1 分泌增加,加入缬沙坦后含量减少。结论 高糖可能通过血管紧张素Ⅱ 1型受体刺激心肌细胞TGF- β1 分泌增加,缬沙坦可拮抗此作用。 Objective To determine if high glucose increase TGF-β_1 secretion on cultured cardiac myocytes and to investigate if this effect can be reveased by valsartan.Methods Cardiac myocytes were incubated in glucose of different concentrations.TGF-β_1 levels were determined by ELISA.Additional experiments were carried out to examine the effect of valsartan on TGF-β_1 secretion under different glucose.Results High glucose increased TGF-β_1 secretion. The rising secretion were blocked by valsartan.Conclusion Exposure of cardiac myocytes to high glucose resulted in a increasing on TGF-β_1 secretion possibly via AT1 recepter of AngⅡ.This effect was reversed by valsartan.
