摘要
对32例冠心病患者血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,包括T-SOD,Mn-SOD,CuZn-SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定,发现冠心病患者血清中SOD的活性均显著低于健康人,而MDA的含量明显高于健康人。表明冠心病患者体内自由基生成增多,脂质过氧化作用增强,而机体抗氧化能力相对低下。提示:临床上给予适量自由基清除剂和抗氧化剂则有助于冠心病的治疗。
The changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde(MDA) content were studied in 32 patients with coronary heart disease. The results showed that MDA level was significantly higher and SOD activity was significantly lower in the patients than those in normal subjects. It is indicated that lipid peroxidation was increased and antioxidation was decreased in the body of those patients. It is suggested that administration of antioxidants and scavengers of free radicals may be helpful for treatment of coronary heart disease.
