摘要
以海水小球藻(Chlorella sp.)、亚心形扁藻(Platymonas subcordiformis)和球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)为对象,利用错流超滤技术提取天然胶体,研究胶体的浓度、粒径和来源对微藻脂肪酸组成和含量的影响.结果表明,在粒径为10 ku^0.22μm的不同浓度的胶体培养体系中,3种微藻的脂肪酸含量均在cCOC=4.8~238.4μmol/L出现最小值,小球藻和扁藻的脂肪酸含量的最大值出现在cCOC=0,而金藻的脂肪酸含量的最大值出现在 cCOC=119.2μmol/L;且当 cCOC=4.8~119.2μmol/L时,各微藻脂肪酸组分较多.在不同粒径的胶体培养体系中,3 种微藻的脂肪酸含量均在粒径为<1 ku的胶体培养体系中最大,组分较多,小球藻和金藻的脂肪酸含量在 10 ku^0.22μm的胶体培养体系中达到最小值,而扁藻的脂肪酸含量在1~10 ku的胶体培养体系中达到最小值.与河口和生物来源的胶体培养体系下相比,河流来源的胶体培养下小球藻的脂肪酸组成的成份较多,含量较高;河口胶体对微藻脂肪酸TUFA及TFA含量影响较大.
Effects of natural colloids abstracted by cross-flow ultrafiltration on the fatty acid compositions and contents in microalgae (Chlorella sp.,Platymonas subcordiformis and Isochrysis galbana) were studied in terms of different concentrations,sizes and sources.The results showed the effects of different colloids varied from algae to algae.In the incubation experiment of different colloidal concentrations,the percentages of fatty acids in dry algae weight were the lowest when c___(COC) were 4.8~238.4 μmol/L,and they were the highest in Chlorella sp.and Platymonas subcordiformis with c___(COC) being 0,and for Isochrysis galbana,they were the greatest while c___(COC) was 119.2 μmol/L. Also,the species of fatty acids in these algae were most abundant when c___(COC)=4.8~119.2 μmol/L.As far as colloidal sizes be concerned,fatty acid compositions and contents were the maxima if the size of colloids was <1 ku.In the cultivating systems of colloids from different sources,fatty acid compositions and contents in Chlorella sp.were the most at the presence of riverine colloid,compared with the greatest effects of estuarine colloid on TUFA and TFA.
