摘要
随着公安队伍的法制化、正规化建设日趋加快,提高公安机关整体素质和战斗力已成为公安队伍建设面临的亟待解决的问题。作为人民警察行为规范的人民警察职业道德,是人民警察从事公安工作的指南和执法准则,它的水平高低直接影响公安执法质量和文明程度,也影响公安队伍建设的整体目标和进程。因此,加强人民警察职业道德终身教育显得非常必要。
With the speeding up of the public security ranks legalization and regularization,improving the whole public security organization's quality and fighting capacity has become the problem that the public security ranks face to settle.As his action standard,the policeman's professional morality is the policeman's guide and the norms of enforcing the law for the policeman to finish public security tasks.Its level direcly influences the quality of enforcing the law and the degree of civilization, and also influences the goal and the course of public security ranks' construction. Therefore, strengthening the lifetime education of the policeman's professional morality appears very nessary.
