摘要
采用湿法混合及热压成型法制成不同体积百分比(10、20、30vol%)的SiCp/MoSi2复合材料.运用维氏压痕法对这些材料进行室温断裂韧性(K1c)的估算;测试了室温和高温(1200℃)的三点弯曲强度.实验结果表明,复合材料的力学性能都比MoSi2基材有较大的提高.
By means of wet mixing and hot pressing, SiCp/MoSi2 composites were prepared with differentvolume % of SiC (10, 20 and 30vol%). Fracture toughness at room temperature (K1c) was estimatedwith indentation method, bending strength was determined by 3 point method at room temperature andat high temperature (1200 ℃). From the experimental results, it can be confirmed that this compositeis much better than the basic material MoSi2 in mechanical properties.
