摘要 本文通过抽样调查方法,对高职院校旅游专业在学生能力的培养和旅游饭店业人才需求这两方面进行了实证分析研究。研究结果表明高职院校旅游专业在学生能力的培养和旅游饭店业人才需求之间存在差距。高职院校注重学生知识与技能的培养,旅游饭店业则更看重学生综合能力表现。作者认为加强旅游院校与饭店的沟通合作是缩小双方差距的关键。 The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of gap between school tourism education and practical professional requirement for employees. Educators in schools and managers of hotels have different ideas concerning the competency required for hotel and tourism graduates. The study shows that educators paid more attention to teaching knowledge and training skill, while hotel professionals regard that students'comprehensive competencies is the most important, The author suggests that more exchange and cooperation be needed between colleges and hotels.
