摘要
目的 :观察橄榄降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 :随机选取高脂血症 5 6例为治疗组 ,38例为对照组 ,分别给予橄榄降脂胶囊和血脂康胶囊口服。结果 :治疗组有效率 91.0 7% ,对照组有效率 89.4 7%。两者相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;且治疗后治疗组胆固醇、甘油三脂均低于对照组 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :橄榄降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症具有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule in treating hyperlipmia. Method: Fifty-six cases of hyperlipmia were randomly chosen as the treated group and 38 cases as the controlled group. The former were treated by Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule while the latter by Xuezhikang Capsule. Results: Two groups had respective effective rates of 91.07% and 89.47%, there were no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The cholesterol and triglyceride of the treated group were lower than that of the controlled group after the treatment, the difference had significance(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion: Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule has remarkable therapeutic effectiveness.
