摘要
阐述了国电双鸭山发电有限公司HG-670-12.7-535/535型锅炉制粉系统概况及测点分布位置,对国内、外现有的钢球磨煤机料位控制方案进行分析比较,最终在2号机组钢球磨煤机计算机控制系统上采用了模糊控制与常规PID控制相结合的控制策略,实现了球磨机料位自动控制,延长了磨煤机使用寿命,降低了制粉电耗,便于操作,满足了锅炉制粉系统自动控制要求。
The general situation and allocation of measuring point of HG-670-12.7-535/535 type boiler pulverized coal system in Shuangyashan Generating Power Co. Ltd was introduced in the paper, and the level of medium control schemes of steel ball mill made in China and by foreign countries was also analyzed and discussed. Based on the analysis above, the control strategy combining fuzzy control with common proportional plus integral plus derivative control was used in the steel ball mill computer control system of the No.2 unit, which achieved the automatic control of the ball mill level of medium, prolonged the service life of the ball mill, decreased the electric Power consumption during pulverizing coal, met the requirements for automatic control of boiler pulverized coal system with easy operation character.
