摘要
针对河北省生态安全问题,本文从生态安全理论的视角,分析了生态安全体系中的生态安全预警的含义、分类和特征,构筑生态安全预警系统的基本原则、指标系统及预警内容要素;提出了加强河北省生态安全预警系统构建的若干政策建议。
The paper from the point of view of eco-security theory discusses the meaning categories and characteristics of eco-security early-warning as well as the principle index system and factors in construction of eco-security early-warning system. Then it provides some advice to construct eco-security early-warning system in Hebei province.
