摘要
本文在对我国理论界论及和实践中运行的庄园经济进行肯定的前提下,对国家公有土地的所有权实现模式、国家公有土地的承包对象以及承包时限进行了论述,提出了国家公有土地承包所涉及的形式、对象和时限中已经和可能存在的问题,为我国庄园经济的实施提供一定的参考.
This article undoubtedly refers to the manor economy not only practvcally but also theoretically, which also involves the model of the land tenure, the term of the land conAract, and some interrelated, problems, Meanwhile, it prorides some information about how to put the maner economy into effect in china.
