The competition in the 21st century i s the one of learning ability,and the lifetime learning will be the important means for the future human being' s existence and development,the lib rary will be the ideal place for peopl e' s lifetime learning.Therefore,the l ibrary should make full use of its superiorities in the holdings,working staffs,and en-vironment,etc.,carry out multi -le vel and multi -channel information s ervice,and provide quality service for people' s lifetime learning.
