摘要
介绍了统计信息失真的危害,分析了统计信息失真的主要影响因素,从加强统计制度改革、提高统计数据质量和统计人员的素质等方面提出了治理统计信息失真的对策。
This paper introduces the harms of th e distortion of statistical informa tion,analyzes the main factors of th e distortion of statistical information,and puts forward some measures f or controlling the distortion of sta tistical information from aspects of strengthening the re form of the statistical system,impr oving the quality of the statistical data and the quality of the statistical personnel.
