摘要
真空树脂灌注机是对电子器件进行灌封处理的关键设备,必须控制灌注料的温度始终维持在某一适当的水平上。采用了一种多功能数据采集卡PCI2300,通过VC++编程在计算机上对现场温度进行实时监测,对灌注料温度做精确的测量和控制。
Vacuum resin dosing equipment is the central equipment of the disposal perfusion and encapsulation which need precise temperature control at certain level. The temperature of the material have to be controlled at certain level in the control system,so that we applied a sort of advanced data acquisition card-PCI2300 and monitor in real time by the program of VC++ is used,and can precisely measure and control the temperature of the liquid.
