摘要
由于相对于其他材料,橡胶材料耐热性较差,高温下对其机械性能影响较大。本文首先对耐热橡胶做了较全面的概述,介绍了其范畴及应用范围;再从橡胶胶料、主材结构、硫化体系、防护体系4个方面描述其配方设计的要点,着重论述了不同硫化体系对耐热橡胶性能的影响,最后简述了橡胶的耐热与抗返原的关系,列出了其产生返原的原因和抗返原剂的类型。
This paper summarized the heat resistant rubber compound in detail, introduced its categoryand application range; and then described the key points of the formula design from rubber compound、main structure、curing system and protection system, and mainly discussed the influence of variouscuring system against the heat resistant rubber property, finally described the relationship between theheat resistant rubber and the anti-reduction, listed the caused reason of reduction and the type of anti-reductant.<Keywords>
