摘要
以ＣＭＣ，滤纸和纤维二糖等作底物，用大量实验测定了纤维素酶活力。研究了产物浓度随时间的变化关系和稀释倍数对测定的影响。９种工业酶制剂的测定和比较结果表明：只有诸活力的综合测定方能全面地反映酶制剂对纤维素的作用。
CMC,filter paper and cellobiose were taken as substrates for the activity determination of cellulases. The effects of the relationship between product concentration。 Reaction time and dilution factor on the determination were studied.The determination and comparaison between nine industrial enzymes showed that only the combined of activitytests were able to give comprehensivel action pattern of on the cellulose.
