白藜芦醇对高脂血症大鼠血脂和一氧化氮及其合酶的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Resveratrol on Blood Lipid Metabolism, Nitric Oxide and Nitric-oxide Synthase in Experimental Hyperlipidemia Rats

摘要 研究了白藜芦醇对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂和一氧化氮及其合酶的影响。结果表明 :高脂饲料可导致实验性大鼠高脂血症。与高脂对照组相比 ,白藜芦醇能明显降低大鼠体内TC、TG、LDL- c、NO浓度 ,使AI降低 ,HDL c/TC比值升高 ;给予白藜芦醇组血清NOS、iNOS活性降低 ,cNOS活性升高。说明白藜芦醇能调节高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢及纠正NO代谢紊乱。 To observe the effect of resveratrol on blood lipid metabolism, nitric oxide(NO) and nitric-oxide synthase in experimental hyperlipidemia rats, high-fat-diet was used in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. 32 SD rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, high lipid control group, 30 mg/(kg·bw·d) resvertrol group and 70 mg/(kg·bw·d)resveratrol group. The content of TC, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c and NO and activities of NOS, cNOS and iNOS in serum were measured respectively. Results showed that high-fat-diet caused hyperlipidemia. The content of TC, TG, LDL-c and NO and activities of NOS and iNOS in serum were decreased significantly in the hyperlipidemia rats with the resvertrol compared with high lipid control group. In comparison with high lipid control group, activities of serum cNOS increased in the hyperlipidemia rats with the resveratrol. Moreover, resveratrol could decrease AI and increase ratio of HDL-c/TC. Conclusions were the resveratrol can regulate blood lipid and free radical metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats.
