摘要
针对合成三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)几种主要方法的优缺点,对三氯异氰尿酸生产工艺进行了改进,使该工艺具有生产成本低,产率高,后处理简单的特点;对影响三氯异氰尿酸合成的几个影响因素——反应时间、反应温度、溶液pH和碱用量做了研究与讨论,通过正交实验得最佳工艺条件:n(氰尿酸)∶n(碱)=1∶3.30;反应温度10℃,反应时间1.5h,pH值在3~4之间,该条件下产率达80%以上。
This paper is based on advantages and disadvantages about major methods of synthesis trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA), and gives an improved synthesis process of TCCA. The advanced production has characteristics of low cost, high yield and processing ease. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, alkali density and pH are discussed by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained. Under the optimum condition the yield of TCCA is over 80%.
