摘要
干扰源的研究对干扰抑制非常重要。文中以一种新型反激式DC/DC变换器为例,通过分析其工作过程,建立了反激式变换器的开关管IGBT与接地散热器之间寄生电容所引起的共模干扰分析模型,深入分析了共模干扰的产生机理及传导途径。借助SIMULINK仿真工具,并经过实验论证,提出了共模干扰的普遍分析方法。
the study of interference sources is important in interference control. This paper introduces a novel flyback DC/DC converter. By analyzing the principle of the circuit operation , an analysis model of common mode interference in the input side of a flyback converter, which is caused by the parasitic capacitance between the IGBT switch and the chassis ground, is given. The mechanisms of conducted common mode interference emissions and the common mode current paths are investigated. By means of simulation with SIMULINK program and through the experiments based on this circuit, a common method for analyzing common mode interference is presented.
