摘要
介绍了一种快速测定ABS粗化液中铬酐与硫酸浓度的方法。铬酐水解可释放出两个活跃程度不同的氢离子。第一个氢离子的活跃程度与硫酸释放出来的氢离子相近,可用来分析铬酐与硫酸的总浓度;第二个氢离子用来分析铬酐的浓度。通过酸-碱滴定得到的两种氢离子的浓度差就是硫酸的浓度。该方法的误差在10%以内,可以用作生产品质控制。
A titrimetric method has been developed for rapid determination of the concentration of chromic anhydride and sulfuric acid in ABS roughing solution. On hydrolysis, two hydrogen ions are released from chromic oxide. The activity of the first hydrogen ion is similar to those from sulfuric acid and can be used to analyze the concentration of chromic anhydride and sulfuric acid. The second hydrogen ion is less reactive and can be used to analyze the concentration of chromic anhydride. The concentration difference of the two kinds of hydrogen ion gained by acid-base titration is equal to the concentration of the sulfuric acid used in ABS roughing solution. The error of the method is less than 10%, and it can be used to control the qualitly of products.
