摘要
根据化学热力学和热应力分析,研究了高炉用Si3N4结合的SiC砖的化学及力学破损过程,并结合高炉的实际条件,分析了高炉用Si3N4结合的SiC砖的抗氧化、抗碱蚀及抗热震破坏特征,探讨了控制碱蚀、减轻热震破坏及改善SiC砖衬使用效果的技术.
According to chemical thermodynamics and thermal stress theory,the study on thechecmical and mechanical damage of Si3N4-bonded SiC refractory used in blast furnace (BF)was made, and on the other hand, the characteristics of the resistance to oxidation, alkali erosion and thermal shock damage of this kind of brick lining for BF ward analyst under the conditions of the actual BF operation. On this basis,the technical direction and measures to control alkali-erosion, to decrease thermal shock damage and to improve the using efficiency ofSi3N4-bonded SiC bricks for BF were discussed.
