摘要
本文在深入分析中心传动减速机多级斜齿轮传动系统的基础上,利用建立的弯扭耦合振动动力学模型,研究了悬浮支承刚度和阻尼对齿轮传动系统动态特性的影响。同时建立了以低速级平衡轮齿轮动载系数最小为目标函数的动态优化模型,从而对悬浮支承刚度和阻尼实现了动态优化设计。为分析悬浮支承的均载机理和提高减速机寿命打下基础。
In this paper,on the base of analysing multi-level helical gear transmision Of the reducer gear in central drive,making use of the founded dynamic model with torsional flexuable vibration,the stiffness and damping of suspension bearing are researched with The influence of gear transmision dynamic characteristic.Meanwhile,the dynamic optimization model is given with the minimum of the gear dynamic load factor of the lower speed,The stiffness and damping of the suspension bearing are designed with dynamic optimization.It is based on analysing the uniform load mechanism of suspension bearing and raising reducer life.
