摘要
网络化制造是制造业发展的必然趋势,虚拟企业是其主要形式。虚拟企业过程建模是保证虚拟企业管理和控制的基础。在分析虚拟企业建模系统的基础上,提出其设计原则,构造出基于改进IDEF3方法的虚拟企业过程建模系统,满足动态性、分布性和简单易用的要求。讨论了系统的运行模式、基本元素图标的表达和属性,给出一个实例模型。
Networked manufacturing is a trend of manufacturing industry. Virtual Enterprise (VE) is a main form. Process modeling of VE is a base area for managing and controlling VE. By analysis of VE process modeling, its design principle is proposed and a modeling system based on improved IDEF3 method is formed, which are of dynamic characteristic, distribution, and easy to use. The running way and the attribute of basic elements of the system are discussed, and an example of modeling is put forward.
