摘要
老年人体育锻炼过程中存在许多模糊的认识,甚至错误的观念,阻碍了运动改善体质,增进健康的目的。文章一方面从现代体质理论入手,以促进健康为目的,理性探讨体质与运动的关系;另一方面立足于传统医学理论,剖析老年人体质的特点,阐明民族传统体育运动养生的机理,指出发展老年体育,应加强与运动医学和中医养生学的结合,倡导将民族传统体育方法应用于老年健身活动,引导老年人科学地参与锻炼。
The author analyses the characteristic of the fitness of old people according to some vague knowledges of old people, even as the idea of mistake from category and the concept of fitness , points out that physical exercise is the effective channel that changes fitness, emphasizes that scientific, reasonable physical training then can improvefitness and enhance health;At the same time ,with an eye to traditional medical knowledge, elaborates the national traditional sport method mechanism that keeping health and suggests to popularize national traditional sport method in the aged to participate scientifically in exercise.
