摘要
该文提出了铅酸蓄电池剩余容量(SOC)与蓄电地端电压、充放电电流、初始电液比重、环境温度等物理化学参数之间关系的数学模型,基于这个数学模型,就可通过测量蓄电池充放电过程中的各个物理参数得知蓄电池的当前容量。基于这样的原理,开发出了蓄电池容量在线测试仪。经过与大量的实测充放电数据对比, 证明该文提出的数学模型能够较准确地表达蓄电池充放电过程中端电压和容量之间的关系,并能够很好地反映各个物理化学参数对充放电过程中端电压的影响。所开发出来的蓄电池容量在线测试仪,可以在线检测和显示蓄电池的当前容量,测量误差小于10%。
A SOC model containing the relationship with terminal voltage of battery, charge and discharge rate, density of electrolyte, environmental temperature, etc. was created. Using this model, SOC can be got by testing the terminal voltage of the battery as other physical and chemical parameters of charge or discharge rate, density of electrolyte, environmental temperature are confirmed. The results showed that this model can describe the relationship between SOC and other physical and chemical parameters of the battery correctly and reflect the affections by these parameters. The SOC on-line tester has been developed and the accuracy is with ±10%.
