摘要
本文从最大能量准则出发,得到了一种用于方向滤波和方向增强的平滑滤波器。这种滤波器在很好地抑制噪声的前提下,能够保证线条的定位具有较高的精度,在这一点上,它优于高斯型滤波器。这种滤波器可以用一组一维的递推公式来实现,同时,也易于用硬件实现。对一系列图象进行处理的结果表明,这种滤波器具有显著的优点和实用意义。
This paper has proposed a optimal smoothing filter for directional filtering and image restoration, based on the maximum energy criterion. The filter not only minimizes noise effect but alsolocalizes contours, with good precision. Compared with the Gaussian filter, this filter can give better results. It can be calculated by a recursive algorithm which spends little time of computing, and is easy inhirdware implementation. The results were very satisfactory with many images.
